Description
Varietals: Traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, with a very important part of the base wine made with flower must to withstand its aging without suffering oxidation.
Tasting: Intense yellow, a fine constant bubble with a good carbonic integration. Good fruity mid palate with slight final bitter tips. Very balanced and elegant.
Gastronomy: A very versatile cava that combines perfectly with starters, fish and meat. A perfect cava from the beginning to the end of the meal.
