Varietals: Blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada with a small part of the base wine from the previous vintage giving it a good body and a marked character.
Tasting: Golden yellow, clean and bright, with a fine bubble well introduced to the medium due to its long aging. In the mouth, rounded with notes of nuts, especially almond.
Gastronomy: This cava perfectly accompanies red meats, roasts or the main dish of the meal.
2017 – 40% Macabeu / 40% Xarel·lo / 20% Parellada
