Varietals: Flower must of Macabeo, Parellada and predominantly Xarel·lo to guarantee its long aging.

Tasting: Golden yellow, clean and bright, with a fine bubble that forms a constant rosary and a marked crown. Intense aromas of long aging, notes of brioche and hot bread. Clean and clear mid palate, good acidity, well-integrated alcohols with fruity notes of apple and melon with a long and persistent finish.

Gastronomy: Cava highly recommended to accompany charcuterie, foie, Iberian ham, cheese, seafood and enjoy a very good cava.
